- The rider is responsible for following local and state laws regarding e-bike classes (Class 1, 2, or 3). - Please ride cautiously and adhere to all traffic laws and road regulations.
- Please strictly abide by local laws with a license or registration while cycling.
- Helmet Requirement: You must wear a helmet at all times while riding. Failure to do so can result in severe injury or even death.
- Age Restriction: You must be at least 16 years old to ride an e-bike capable of reaching speeds of 28 mph or higher.
- Pre-Ride Safety Check: Always perform a pre-ride safety inspection of your bike, including checking the brakes and tire pressure. Additionally, ensure that your wheel bolts, handlebars, and seat are securely fastened.
- Battery Check: Before your ride, make sure your battery has enough power to complete your journey and return home. However, you can manually pedal the bike without electric assistance if needed.
- Left Brake Hold: It's advisable to hold the left brake when mounting the bike to prevent accidental motor activation.
- Battery Turn-Off: Please switch off the battery when the bicycle is not in use.
- Water Resistance: The battery and electrical components are water-resistant, but not waterproof. Avoid riding in the rain and never leave your bike exposed to wet conditions.
- Assembly: If your bike arrives unassembled, it's best to have it assembled by a professional or refer to our assembly video on the website before attempting it yourself.

- Modification Warning: Any attempt to modify or add accessories that may alter the original product, including the motor and batteries, will void all warranties.
- Sobriety Requirement: Never operate any motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or while impaired in any way.
Our eBikes are not designed for jumping, rough terrain, sustained off-road use, or stunt riding of any kind. Off-road mode only on private property or trails, not suitable for use on public streets, highways, or standard bike lanes.
